Alpha has developed innovative software platforms running in cloud or hybrid environments, such as business software applications, content management systems (CMS) on Microsoft Azure, and machine-learning mechanisms for data analysis.
The company actively participates in significant research programs in collaboration with leading academic institutions such as the Democritus University of Thrace (DUTh), the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) and the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA).
Innovation with academic partners
BIOFASMAA biophotonics research program for non-invasive diagnosis using machine-learning algorithms. It resulted in Greek Patent GR1010785, granted by the Hellenic Industrial Property Organization (OBI, 9 October 2024), for a method analyzing Raman spectra with AI for intraoperative assessment of neoplasms.
EUKARDIAA web platform for personalized cardiovascular-risk assessment via artificial intelligence. EUKARDIA consortium.
PER.KAA medical-telematics platform for remote medical services (home support for peritoneal dialysis, with DUTh).
