Cybersecurity, Alpha SOC & NIS2 Compliance
An antivirus alone is not enough. Full, managed cybersecurity with Alpha SOC and the Trend Micro platform — monitoring, prevention and immediate response. We also provide NIS2 Gap Analysis, Risk Assessment, Security Audits and cybersecurity policy development, so you can meet your regulatory obligations too.

The biggest threat is the security gap
Viruses, ransomware, phishing and data loss can halt your business and cost money, time and reputation. In an era where every business is connected, security is not a luxury but a necessity.
The Alpha Security Operations Center continuously monitors your network, computers and mobile devices and intervenes proactively — so you can focus on your work.

SOC and NIS2 — how do they connect?
Alpha SOC is part of an organization's technical defenses. NIS2 compliance, however, additionally involves risk assessment, policies, procedures, business continuity, incident management, supply chain, training and documentation — Law 5160/2024 requires holistic risk-management measures and incident-reporting obligations, not merely the installation of security software.
This creates a complete path: Security Audit → NIS2 Gap Analysis → Remediation → Alpha SOC → continuous monitoring.

What you should know about Alpha SOC & NIS2
Why isn't a simple antivirus enough?
An antivirus is only one layer of protection. Alpha SOC adds central monitoring, security policies, data protection, dangerous-website control and human intervention when a serious incident is detected.
When is NIS2 compliance mandatory?
Being in scope depends on the sector of activity, the size and specific characteristics of the entity — while there are also cases that are in scope regardless of size. As a rule, specific sectors and at least medium-enterprise size are considered, but special categories and exceptions apply. The definitive determination is made by the official tool of the National Cybersecurity Authority.
How can I find out if my company is in scope of NIS2?
The National Cybersecurity Authority provides an official online scope test for Law 5160/2024. If your company is in scope, we undertake the assessment of the current state and propose the appropriate compliance plan. In-scope Essential and Important Entities are also required to register in the relevant Registry. Official NIS2 scope test →
What exactly does Alpha SOC monitor?
It monitors the security posture of computers, servers and compatible mobile devices. It checks threats, suspicious applications, dangerous websites and violations of the policies defined for the business.
Does my business need to have an IT department?
No. The service is especially suitable for businesses and professionals that do not have an internal IT department but need organized, professional protection.
What happens when a threat is detected?
The system logs and contains the threat, creates an alert and, when required, our technical team examines the incident and proceeds with the appropriate remediation actions.
Are mobile phones also protected?
Yes, protection can be provided for compatible Android and Apple devices, depending on the selected package, the available licenses and the technical prerequisites of each device.
Can a business with branches be protected?
Yes. Computers and devices from different locations can be monitored centrally, with common or differentiated security policies per branch, group or user.
Is protection from phishing and dangerous websites included?
Yes. The service can block known malicious or suspicious websites and restrict access to content categories according to the company policy.
What is DLP data protection?
DLP helps control the unauthorized movement of sensitive data via email, USB or other channels. The rules are configured according to the needs and processes of the business.
What about old computers and operating systems?
During the initial assessment we identify devices and operating systems that are unsupported or present increased risk. We then propose upgrades, replacements or appropriate compensating measures.
Is staff training included?
Yes. User awareness and training is provided on phishing, secure passwords, suspicious attachments, data protection and correct incident reporting.
Can Alpha SOC services support NIS2, ISO 27001 and GDPR?
Alpha SOC is a technical and organizational support tool that strengthens protection and the documentation of security measures. For NIS2, a separate service is provided: Gap Analysis, Risk Assessment, policies and procedures, Security Audit and remediation. No service or product on its own constitutes full compliance or certification.
How quickly can it be activated?
Activation starts with an inventory of devices and requirements, installation of the necessary software, application of security policies and an initial check. The timeframe depends on the number of devices, branches and the complexity of the infrastructure.
Will the daily operation of the computers be affected?
The installation is designed to cause the least possible disruption. Policies are applied in a controlled way and adjusted where needed, to combine security and productivity.
Can Alpha SOC fully protect against every cyberattack?
No cybersecurity service can guarantee absolute protection. Alpha SOC significantly reduces risk, improves prevention and enables faster detection and response to incidents.
How does the collaboration start?
We start with an initial assessment of the business infrastructure and risks. We then propose the appropriate protection plan, without unnecessary licenses or services you do not need.
Protect your business
Two paths: technical protection with Alpha SOC or NIS2 compliance — choose what you need.
