Club members
Easy entry and management of all members. All the basic information on one screen and all hunting permits on a single record. Full member details with photo, hunting firearms and registry numbers, hunting dogs, and deletion or flagging of a penalised hunter. Print all forms (receipts, Law 105, affidavits, applications) with one click.
Ready-made reports
Reports with analysis and separation of permits (local/general/regional), payments and contributions, certified reports for the Forestry Service, and registration of electronic fee vouchers. Hunters with a permit, new hunters, for any time period — with one click.
It supports electronic fee vouchers (eParavolo), selective charges and differentiated permit issuance, management of hunting seasons and analysis of each year's regulatory framework — with no migration procedures and all data in the same application.
Permit & form issuance
Duplicate receipt for Local, Regional and General permits or conversions. With one click it issues the receipt, the affidavit, the application for the accompanying documents and the booklet-endorsement stickers — with the current legislation built in, or the GDPR consent form. A consent form for the processing of personal data, with control over SMS sending or over the reports for the club's election procedures.
Different types of self-adhesive labels to save you time and effort in filling out the individual hunter booklets.
Firearms & dogs
Management of firearms (registry number, type, serial, expiry date) with instant SMS notification on expiry to keep hunters informed, and of hunting dogs (identification, breed, characteristics, owner).
Statistics & treasury
Statistics of permits by type and year, of receipts and of new annual registrations, presented graphically. A debit–credit treasury with triplicate electronic fee vouchers/deposits and a full certified Forestry Service report. With simple debits and credits you can maintain a basic picture of the club's treasury, for transparency and monitoring by the Board.
SMS sending
Optionally, a package of pre-purchased SMS can be added for better information of the club's members (e.g. announcements, events). Instant SMS sending from within the application — individually or in bulk with filters, with scheduling for future messages (for example, 30 days before a firearm licence expires).
